Pam joined the Apex Virtual Staffing Team in November of 2022. Prior to working as a Virtual
Assistant, she served as a customer service manager role in a call center. In addition to her
extensive customer service experience, Pam has held leadership and training positions. She is a skilled researcher and has recently assumed responsibility as operations manager for Apex Virtual Staffing.
A self-described “Lord of the Rings” nerd, Pam and her partner currently own more than 50 Gundam
scale models!
Human Resources and Talent Management
Clarisse has 13 years of accumulated experience in Hospitality Leadership, Quality, Retention, Management and Sales. She was a Quality Analyst for a renowned Hotel Chain company where she spent most of her work experience. She also worked in Hotel Operations as a Guest Experience Specialist.
Currently, Clarisse is completing her master's degree in management at the University of the Philippines. On her spare time, she likes watching espionage films and treating herself on cozy cafes in a company of a good book and coffee.
Operations Manager
Peter joined Apex Virtual Staffing team in January 2024 with over four years of experience as an Operations Manager in talent outsourcing. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and an MBA in Missional Leadership from Southeastern University, blending technical expertise with leadership skills. Peter is committed to ensuring that our clients receive exceptional services and that our operations run smoothly and excellently. A devoted husband and father of two boys, he values maintaining high standards, guided by his favorite quote: "Today's compromises will be tomorrow's standards."

Communicating with your RTM/VA is easy! Utilizing applications like Microsoft Teams, Instant Messenger, Voxer, What’s App, Zoom, etc. allows you to connect with ease and efficiency.
We require all RTM/VAs to have a laptop with speaker and camera access, as well as reliable high-speed internet access. Most RTMs also use a noise cancelling headset for voice communication. (State of the art Hybrid remote work equipment) - it is your discretion to require additional equipment.
We only require a signed service agreement to begin the recruiting process. (We eliminate any and all upfront hiring cost that you would normally navigate when hiring in-house resources. Our hourly rates are negotiated based off of your needs and requirements. We don’t have set cookie cutter pricing. We know your business is unique and your pricing should be as well)
