We can write this description for you or use an existing job description from your organization.

4. Candidate Profile Creation

We'll use our diagnostic tool to complete a brief survey identifying the personality traits a successful candidate demonstrates in the position.

5. Interview Qualified Candidates

Candidates are prescreened and interviewed by us to ensure they meet your qualifications before they are presented to you for interview and selection.

6. Onboard your new RTM

Your AVS recruiter will work with you to coordinate your new hire onboarding and technical training.

We’ll work with you to identify productivity goals for your RTM, and measure these targets regularly to make sure productivity expectations are being met.
