How To Get Started with Apex!

1. Set up a consultation with our team.

Understanding your business helps us narrow down candidates based on their past experience.

2. Identify the top tasks that are bogging your team down

Narrowing in on your pressure points helps us assess your needs and identify if an RTM is right for you.

3. Create a job description for your perfect RTM

We can write this description for you or use an existing job description from your organization.

4. Candidate Profile Creation

We'll use our diagnostic tool to complete a brief survey identifying the personality traits a successful candidate demonstrates in the position.

5. Interview Qualified Candidates

Candidates are prescreened and interviewed by us to ensure they meet your qualifications before they are presented to you for interview and selection.

6. Onboard your new RTM

Your AVS recruiter will work with you to coordinate your new hire onboarding and technical training.

7. Experience the Apex Difference

Our support doesn’t stop when your Remote Team Member starts. From onboarding to training, we’ll guide you through the process of making your RTM a part of your team!

We’ll work with you to identify productivity goals for your RTM, and measure these targets regularly to make sure productivity expectations are being met. Our staff coaches will also meet regularly with your RTM to address any gaps in training and facilitate communication with you and your team when necessary. We’ll check in regularly to make sure you’re satisfied with your RTM!
